I am: a care giver, a cheerleader, a lifelong learner and sharer of knowledge, an over thinker, a work in progress, always happy to see you, an adventurer, hungry, a secret keeper.

I offer: to be present, a discerning ear, to meet you wherever you are in your journey of life and assist you in making desired changes for an improved outcome, I am still amazed by what the human body — by what my body can do.

Relatable characteristics:

I doubt myself and my capabilities. I like a little chaos. I overextend myself. I am usually in bed by 9p. I LOVE food. I wear granny panties. I overshare. I don’t feel grown- what’s my age again? I miss my Mama and mourn the relationship we will never have. I probably will for the rest of my life. F**k- this statement is a profound one! I sing loudly, off key, and belt out the wrong lyrics. I think all eyes are on me when I enter the room and that I probably have something gross hanging out my nose or a 6” chin hair. I’ve never been a bridesmaid. I curse. A lot. My circle is small, but I am discovering value in diversity and vulnerability and I am allowing others to see ME. I am hard to love. I will probably never be satisfied with the way I look. I am surprised that I leave a positive impression on others. That I made a difference. I LOVE to bargain shop! I am a flirt. I buy all sorts of organizers and am still unorganized.
